- Accountants are required to work in both Riyadh and Jeddah
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Recording daily financial transactions, and preparing monthly and annual financial reports such as the balance sheet
- Financial Recording: Accurately recording daily financial transactions and regularly updating accounts, including income, expenses, assets and liabilities.
- Preparing financial reports: Compiling data and preparing comprehensive financial reports such as the balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and cash flow statement, which help management in making decisions.
- Account reconciliation: Conduct monthly reconciliations of bank accounts, settle any financial discrepancies, and reconcile balances between different records.
- Zakat and tax returns: Calculate the taxes due and prepare and submit tax and zakat returns in accordance with regulations and laws.
- Account follow-up: Monitoring accounts of debtors and creditors and ensuring the accuracy of transactions in the company’s records.
- Compliance and Audit: Ensure the company adheres to local and international accounting standards and applicable laws. He also coordinates work with internal and external audit teams and provides them with the necessary documents and information.
- Archiving and protecting information: archiving financial and accounting documents in an organized manner in accordance with company policies, and securing financial information by maintaining backup copies of the database.
