- Supervising the reception staff team and ensuring the provision of high-quality service
- Follow up on scheduling appointments for all departments, especially dermatology and dentistry
- Dealing with patient inquiries and solving daily problems in a professional manner
- Follow up on patient records, ensure the accuracy of the data, and follow up on medical files
- Training new reception staff and constantly developing the team’s skills
- Preparing periodic reports on performance, absence, patient satisfaction, and quality indicators
- Coordination with medical departments to ensure smooth work and scheduling appointments
- Implementing clinic policies, quality procedures, and confidentiality of patient information
Requirements:
At least one year of experience as a department supervisor
Previous experience in dermatology and dentistry services
Ability to manage a small team and motivate employees
Mastering the use of medical booking systems
