Job description:
- Supervising the daily workflow within the clinic and ensuring the smooth flow of services
- Follow up on the performance of the administrative and medical staff and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Coordination between the various departments (reception - doctors - accounting - quality, etc.)
- Monitoring the level of patient satisfaction and working to develop the auditors’ experience
- Follow up appointments, schedules, and operational statistics periodically
- Supervising human resources management within the clinic (attendance, evaluation, training)
- Submitting periodic reports to senior management on performance, quality and productivity
- Contribute to the implementation of quality and accreditation standards such as CBAHI
Requirements:
  • At least one year of practical experience in managing or coordinating the work of medical clinics
  • High skill in organization, planning and supervision
  • Ability to deal with medical and administrative staff in a professional manner
  • Proficiency in using computer programs and clinic management systems
  • Skill in preparing reports and administrative follow-up
  • Courtesy and good dealing with patients and clients
