- Focus on bringing in female clients and achieving goals, actively working to attract the largest possible number of potential female clients from the female employee segment and expanding their database, and committing to achieving specific sales and marketing goals.
- Building and developing relationships, persuading and building strong and sustainable relationships with female clients and presenting the organization’s services and solutions in a convincing and clear manner to explain the benefits that female clients will receive and inspire them to make the ownership decision.
- Direct field marketing and conducting field visits to female clients and female employee gatherings to strengthen relationships, build direct awareness, and convert interest into sales opportunities.
- Continuous follow-up: Following up on potential clients regularly until the acquisition processes are completed
- Performance analysis: Analyze the results of field recruitment efforts and evaluate effectiveness to continually improve strategies
Requirements:
Preference will be given to those who have not previously benefited from the Human Resources program
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or marketing-related interests at a minimum
High ability to persuade, build trust with clients, and negotiate effectively
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work in the field effectively and intelligently
He has a car and a driver's license
