The Main Tasks will be:
- Answering Customer Calls and emails 24 hours should be available anytime
- Analyzing customer data and preparing periodic reports on customer service performance with
recommendations for improvement
- Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate
- Reaching out to new clients and keep good communications
- Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and maintaining ongoing communication with
them to provide necessary support
- Providing support and assistance to customers in using products or services, and guiding them in case
of any issues
Requirements:
Good communications
Speak Arabic and English well
Good skills in Microsoft Office ( Excel and power point specially )
