Job Description:
- Support the sales team in carrying out daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow between different departments, and assisting in following up on orders, offers and contracts with customers
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Coordinating appointments and meetings between the sales team and customers
- Preparing quotations and contracts and following up on their approvals
- Entering orders into the system and following up on the status of implementation and delivery
- Communicate with other departments (inventory - shipping - finance) to ensure the completion of orders
- Follow up on customer complaints and transfer them to the relevant team
- Preparing periodic reports on sales and performance
- Support sales staff with information and materials necessary to accomplish their tasks
- Organizing the customer database and updating it continuously
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree (preferably in business administration or marketing)
Previous experience in sales or customer service
Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and Word
Ability to work within a team and under pressure
Strong communication and organization skills
Language requirements:
