Job duties:
- Receiving customer requests and following them up until completion of implementation to ensure customer satisfaction and quality of service
- Preparing technical proposals based on information and engineering drawings provided by the customer or the technical team
- Preparing financial offers in accordance with the scope of work and required specifications
- Coordination with the relevant departments (technical, financial, executive) to ensure the accuracy and speed of submission of offers
- Managing contracts and following up on the stages of their signing and implementing their provisions in cooperation with the relevant departments
- Document all correspondence, contracts and offers in the approved system to ensure easy reference
- Follow up on contract renewals and expiry dates of agreements with customers to ensure business continuity
- Periodic communication with customers to determine the extent of their satisfaction with the services provided and to address any comments or complaints
- Contribute to developing customer service policies and improving customer experience
- Preparing periodic reports on the status of contracts, offers submitted, and the level of customer satisfaction and submitting them to senior management
Requirements:
Proficiency in preparing offers (technical and financial) in a professional and coordinated manner
Basic knowledge of contract systems and procedures (government and commercial contracts)
Follow-up and time management skills to ensure the completion of offers and contracts on the specified dates
Planning and organizing to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
High communication skills (verbal and written) with clients and colleagues
Tactfulness and good dealing with customers to ensure their satisfaction and enhance the relationship with them
