- Find and evaluate local suppliers based on price, quality, service and reliability
- Issuing local purchase orders and following up on deliveries to ensure that goods are received on time
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, prices and inventory levels
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand material and service needs
- Continuously follow up on local market developments and price changes
- Ensure compliance with the company's procurement policies and procedures
- Assist in developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers
- Manage cash reports and submit reports to the accounting department
Requirements:
Secondary qualification or higher
Preferably those with experience
Proficiency in the English language
Proficiency in using computers and office programs
