- Receiving customers at the exhibition and welcoming them in a professional manner
- Discussing customer needs and understanding their requirements accurately
- Explaining the products and services provided by the company
- Coordination with the measurements team and technicians to raise the measurements on site
- Follow up with the customer until the request is delivered to the relevant team
- Contributing to achieving customer satisfaction and enhancing the positive image of the company
