Job Description:
- Responsibility for technical supervision of electricity systems in operation and maintenance projects and ensuring the efficiency and continuity of service within safety and quality standards, while following up on maintenance teams and contractors to achieve the required performance indicators.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Supervision of electrical systems (low pressure, medium pressure, distribution panels, generators, lighting)
- Preparing and implementing preventive and corrective maintenance plans
- Follow up on the implementation of daily work and ensure their compliance with technical specifications and standard standards
- Examine malfunctions, analyze their causes, and develop appropriate technical solutions
- Monitor energy consumption and suggest ways to improve efficiency and reduce waste
- Preparing periodic technical reports and submitting them to the Project Management Director or Operations Manager
- Contributing to facilities development projects and improving the technical performance of assets
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in the field of building operation and maintenance or facilities management
Working knowledge of generator systems, smart lighting systems and electrical panels
Familiarity with AutoCAD, electrical design, and maintenance follow-up programs
