Job Description:
- مسؤول عن قيادة وتنفيذ مشاريع إدارة المرافق لضمان جاهزية الأصول ورفع الكفاءة التشغيلية وفق اتفاقيات مستويات الخدمة ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية ، مع تنسيق فرق الصيانة وإدارة الميزانيات والجداول الزمنية
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Prepare project plans (scope/schedule/budget/risks) and manage them until delivery
- الإشراف على خدمات (كهرباء، ميكانيكا، تكييف ، إطفاء) و (نظافة، أمن، ضيافة، تنسيق مواقع)
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance plans, improve reliability and reduce breakdowns
- Follow up on commitment by submitting periodic performance reports and dashboards on systems
- Coordinate the work of contractors, internal resources, permit procedures and change management
- Monitoring costs and preparing claims, invoices and adjustment pricing for projects
- Facilities asset management and critical spare parts planning
Requirements:
Practical familiarity with computerized facility management systems
High skills in stakeholder management, negotiation, and efficient problem solving
