- Ensure that imported products comply with quality and safety requirements approved by the Food and Drug Authority and the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture, by examining incoming shipments and following up on their storage and distribution in accordance with specified standards.
- Verifying the cleanliness and safety of containers and trucks upon receipt, examining samples to ensure they are free of damage, mold, or insect infestation, and conforming to specifications in terms of shape, color, size, and maturity.
- Reporting any violation or case of damage, in addition to following up on hygiene and sterilization procedures inside the warehouse and vehicles, and ensuring that products are arranged and stored in a correct manner that maintains their safety.
- Preparing periodic reports and submitting them to the facility official
Requirements:
Academic qualification: Diploma in Food or Biology Sciences
A course in the quality and food safety management system and the HACCP system accredited by the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation or its equivalent
