- A microbiologist is required to work in a medical products factory in Riyadh
- Type of work: full-time in the laboratory
Responsibilities:
- Conduct microbial testing of raw materials, in-process products, and final products in accordance with USP/EP
- Monitoring the environment (water PW/WFI, air, surfaces, people) and analyzing trends
- Preparing media, performing growth support tests, and verifying/documenting methods
- Documenting results in accordance with GDP and participating in investigations, deviations, and CAPA correction and prevention procedures
- Adherence to biosafety procedures, working in clean rooms, and adhering to protective clothing
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Microbiology/Micobiology/Biotechnology
Knowledge of GMP/GLP practices and USP/EP pharmaceutical references; Familiarity with SFDA requirements is an advantage
Proficiency in Arabic and English, and basic computer skills (Excel/LIMS)
Beginner to 3 years of experience in microbiology laboratories (pharmaceutical/medical devices/food) is preferred.
Ability to work in shifts and work within a team
