Tasks and responsibilities:
- Supervising daily operations, following up on the progress of work in the branches, and ensuring that quality standards are achieved
- Manage the team, direct and train branch employees to ensure the provision of an outstanding customer experience
- Ensure compliance by implementing company policies and procedures and adhering to health and safety standards and municipal requirements
- Analyze and follow up on the financial and operational performance of each branch and make appropriate decisions to improve results
- Solve problems and deal with complaints and challenges immediately to ensure customer satisfaction
- Implementing the operating plan through the company’s platform

Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in managing the operation of restaurants and cafes (with a diversity of activities in experience)
Ability to lead a team and motivate them to achieve goals
Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with different personalities
Good knowledge of cost management and profit generation
Ability to make quick decisions in a dynamic work environment
Ability to work flexibly according to changing working hours
He has a car and a driver's license
