- Supervising security personnel on site and organizing daily shift schedules
- Monitoring the facility’s entrances and exits and ensuring the implementation of approved entry and exit procedures
- Follow up on the operation of surveillance systems (cameras - alarms - inspection gates)
- Immediately dealing with any security incidents or violations, and preparing the necessary reports about them
- Training security personnel on security and occupational safety procedures on a regular basis
- Coordination with the Safety Department, police, or civil defense when needed
- Ensure the readiness of security and safety equipment (fire extinguishers - alarms - surveillance cameras)
- Preparing daily and weekly reports on the security situation and submitting them to management
- Follow up on security personnel’s commitment to uniforms and discipline at work
- Contributing to the development of emergency security plans and evacuation plans
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in the security field, including at least one year in supervision
