- Manage and supervise the daily operations of the accounting department including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Lead month-end and year-end financial close processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
- Develop, implement and maintain internal controls and accounting procedures
- Contributing to the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and analysis of variances
- Coordination with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities when needed
- Monitoring cash flows, working capital, and key financial indicators
- Training, supervising and evaluating the performance of accounting staff; Distribute tasks and follow up on achievement
- Supporting management in making strategic decisions by providing financial analyzes and insights
- Keeping up with changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and regulations
Requirements:
Bachelor of Accounting
Proven experience as an Account Manager, Senior Accountant, or similar role
