- Issuing and renewing visas and residency permits for workers, households, and family members as needed
- Coordinating everything related to travel, including airline reservations, hotels, and internal transportation
- Preparing travel schedules and ensuring that all required documents are available before travel
- Communicating with travel offices and embassies to update visa requirements and flight schedules
- Managing employees’ administrative files and records (residencies, passports, contracts)
- Organizing household purchases and following up on the monthly budget for expenses
- Follow up on maintenance work and suppliers and coordinate regular maintenance appointments
- Providing periodic reports to the homeowner about performance, expenses, and general organization
- Ensuring the confidentiality of personal and family information in all transactions
Requirements:
At least 3 to 5 years of experience in house management or secretarial work
Proficiency in using computers, correspondence programs, and electronic reservations
