Job description:
Detailed tasks and responsibilities:
First: Leadership and Planning:
1. Preparing the annual security and safety plan for the company’s sites and projects
2. Establish public security policies and procedures, and update them periodically in accordance with official regulations and instructions
3. Planning the distribution of human and material resources to sites according to operational requirements
4. Determine the security needs of each site (number of guards - tools - cameras - devices)
5. Participate in setting the annual security department budget and its operational needs
Second: Supervision and implementation:
1. Supervising the work of security supervisors and following up on the performance of guard teams in the field
2. Ensure that all individuals adhere to security instructions, uniforms, and attendance at work
3. Monitor electronic surveillance systems (cameras, alarms, electronic gates) and ensure their effectiveness
4. Coordination with other departments to address any security violations or threats
5. Follow up on the implementation of security plans in emergency situations, evacuation, and dealing with accidents
Third: Management and reports:
1. Preparing periodic reports on the security status of sites (daily, weekly, monthly)
2. Analyze the causes of security incidents and suggest preventive solutions
3. Maintaining security records, and documenting incidents and violations according to an approved system
4. Submitting recommendations to senior management regarding developing security performance
Fourth: Training and development:
1. Supervising the training and evaluation of security personnel and supervisors and determining their training needs
2. Organizing security and safety awareness programs for all company employees
3. Developing the level of performance, discipline and belonging among security teams
Fifth: Communication and coordination:
1. Coordination with security agencies (police - civil defense - facility security) when needed
2. Representing the company before the official authorities in security matters
3. Communicate with customers regarding security requirements at their sites and periodic reports
Requirements:
  • High leadership skills and ability to manage multi-site teams
  • Speedy decision-making in critical security situations
  • Effective communication and negotiation skill
  • Ability to analyze security and prepare detailed reports
Language requirements:
  • English-fluent
Employment type:
  • Full Time
Salary Range: 5,000 S.R.
Benefits and Other Informations: - Housing allowance of 1250 riyals
- Transportation allowance of 500 riyals
- Other allowances 250 riyals
