Job description:
Objective of the job:
- Developing the real estate portfolio and concluding sales or leasing deals to achieve quarterly and annual goals, with full commitment to real estate brokerage regulations, governance, company policies, and an outstanding client experience.

Tasks and responsibilities:
1. Business and client development:
Attracting owners and developers to obtain mandates (exclusive/non-exclusive)
Building a customer base, initial qualification of leads, and portfolio management via CRM
Preparing professional offers/quotes and negotiation notes
2. Manage Listings and Deals:
Examining ownership and documents, verifying their validity before marketing
Pricing the property based on market comparisons and demand data
Preparing marketing content in cooperation with marketing (images, description, advantages, conditions)
Organizing field visits, managing objections, leading negotiations until closing
Document all steps in the CRM and update the deal status in real time
3. Leasing and contracts:
Concluding and renewing leasing contracts electronically in accordance with the approved regulations within the Kingdom
Follow up on collections in coordination with Finance, and manage renewals and terminations of contracts
4. Reporting and Compliance:
Submit weekly reports on listings, opportunities, closing forecasts, and pipeline
Compliance with real estate brokerage rules and regulations and company policies (conflicts of interest, confidentiality, gifts)
Adhere to safety policies during field trips, and preserve company assets
Requirements:
  • University qualification in Business Administration/Marketing/Finance, or high school with strong brokerage experience
  • Experience in selling/renting (residential/commercial)
  • Familiarity with real estate brokerage systems and regulations within the Kingdom and the use of relevant electronic platforms
  • Proficiency in CRM, Excel and PowerPoint tools
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, and high tact in dealing with customers
  • Valid Val license
