- Supervise daily operations in the showroom and retail branches
- Manage inventory and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability
- Monitor service quality and focus on customer satisfaction
- Organize staff schedules and oversee employee performance
- Follow up on delivery and installation processes, ensuring timely execution
- Improve internal processes (sales, inventory, delivery) to enhance efficiency
- Prepare periodic reports for management, including sales, costs, and stock levels
- Implement the company’s operational policies and procedures
- Coordinate between sales, design, and delivery departments
- Contribute to the development of marketing plans or promotional offers when needed
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
