- Marketing and promoting available properties to potential tenants through various channels
- Concluding contracts on the Ejar platform
- Conduct property inspections and provide detailed information to potential clients
- Negotiating lease terms and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Preparing and processing lease agreements, renewals, and related documents
- Maintaining strong relationships with tenants to ensure their satisfaction and retention
- Coordinate with the property management team regarding maintenance and tenant issues
- Achieving leasing goals and contributing to overall business growth
Requirements:
At least two years of experience
Experience in dealing with real estate platforms in Saudi Arabia
Saudi nationality
