Tasks and responsibilities:
- Responding to customer calls and WhatsApp messages and their inquiries professionally
Follow -up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the services provided
Helping to prepare and organize periodic files and reports
Coordination of office tasks and the team's support in daily administrative work
Requirements:
Saudi nationality
Diploma qualification
It is not required to have experience, but it is preferable for those who have previous experience in customer service or administrative business
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) programs
Mastering the English language (speaking and writing) at a good level
Excellent communication skills and distinctive customer service
The ability to work with discipline and professionalism
