Standing and coordinating the movement of vehicles: organizing the buses of buses or trucks, identifying traffic lines, and coordination with the relevant departments to meet transportation or distribution needs
Supervising drivers: Follow -up to drivers' performance and directing them to ensure commitment to the instructions and safety rules, and to improve their behavior inside and outside the work
Vehicle Maintenance: Follow -up of periodic and urgent maintenance of vehicles, and to ensure their readiness and safety, provide safety means, and deal with sudden breakdowns
Operations Management: Supervising the transport operations, distributing work tasks and orders to trucks and cars, monitoring vehicle speed and adhering to instructions
- Dealing with emergency: solving problems that may occur during transportation operations, such as breakdowns or accidents, and taking the necessary measures to reduce the delay
- Reports and records management: Preparing periodic reports on operations, documenting vehicle movement and maintenance, and keeping accurate records
- Logistics coordination: Coordination with other departments to meet transportation needs, such as logistics management, sales management, and human resources management
- Follow -up of legal and administrative procedures: Follow -up of car licenses and drivers licenses and their insurance, issuing fuel exchange permits, and dealing with customs procedures
