Tasks:
• Implementing employment and polarization operations according to the company's needs
• Prepare and update their employees' files and records
• Follow -up attendance, departure and holidays using the approved system
• Applying the company's internal policies and procedures
• Coordination with the various departments to meet the needs of human resources
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or equivalent.
Sunni experience in the field of human resources
Good knowledge of the Labor Law and Related Regulations
Excellent communication skills in writing and orally
Experience in government platforms such as forces and social insurance
Experience in employment affairs management, including dealing with residency procedures, renewing work cards, recruitment and so on
Language requirements:
