Job description:
Setting policies and procedures necessary for the transfer department
Surround and develop transportation strategies that are compatible with the company's goals
- Analyzing the current and future transport needs, evaluating the available resources and options, and designing the best paths and means of transportation
Preparing and managing data analysis with assistant technical means to support the decision -making process and develop future plans to manage the company
- Observer and managing the performance of daily transport operations and ensuring their implementation in accordance with the plan prepared in advance, solving problems, addressing emergency situations and taking corrective measures when needed to improve and raise the efficiency of service quality
- Supervising and following the revenues of the transport sector, ensuring financial sustainability and increasing income, while ensuring the quality of the service
Supervision, follow -up and audit on the procedures of transportation systems, evaluate them, determine financial and human waste, and get rid of it
- Supervision and follow -up on processions of the latest trends and innovations in the transportation sector and the adoption of new technologies and methods that beh from the performance of transportation
Preparing and submitting a report of the performance and development of the transport sector
- Ensuring the compliance of transportation operations of laws, regulations, policies and related contracts, and this includes reviewing the latest developments and requirements in the field of transportation such as safety, environment, customs and tax regulations
- The responsibility to ensure the commitment of transport employees, drivers, transportation companies and suppliers to the rules and standards and obtaining the necessary licenses, permits and certificates
- Management and follow -up on risk management and responsibilities related to transportation activities and reduce them and address any problems or conflicts that may arise as a result of customer satisfaction.
- The Department of Development of its skills and competencies managed transportation and raising the skills and competencies of his team members, including providing training, guidance, counseling and observations for transport employees, drivers, transportation companies and suppliers
- Supervising the dissemination and promotion of a culture of cooperation, learning and innovation among the stakeholders in the transport sector
