2. Teaching and training:
Providing lessons in an interactive way that encourages participation
Simplify the rules and vocabulary in a manner that suits the level of learners
Using modern educational methods (active learning, simulation of realistic situations)
3. Evaluation and follow -up:
Prepare short tests and duties to follow up on progress
Providing individual feedback to the trainees to improve their performance
Reving reports on the level of the trainees of the administration (if necessary)
4. Rock Management:
Organizing a motivational and positive learning environment
Encouraging teamwork and developing communication skills between the trainees
5. Content development:
Update educational materials constantly in proportion to the needs of the trainees
Using multiple resources such as multimedia, interactive offers, and educational games
6. Vocational Development:
See the latest strategies and methods of language education
Participation in courses and workshops to develop training skills
Requirements:
At least a bachelor's degree in English or related specialty (prefer a master’s or professional certificates such as Celta, Tesol, TEFL)
Previous experience of no less than two years in teaching English or training
Mastering the English language speaking and writing an advanced level (it is preferable to have a high IELTS or TOEFL certificate)
