Tasks and responsibilities:
- Receiving and welcoming guests in a professional and friendly way
Sign in and exit the inmates efficiently through the reservation system
- Responding to guest inquiries and providing appropriate assistance
Coordination with the various departments of the hotel to ensure the comfort of the guests
- Management of phone calls and converting them as needed
- Dealing with complaints and solving problems quickly and professionally
- Follow up room reservations and data update regularly
- Maintaining the appearance of the reception area in an elegant and salad way
Requirements:
A minimum high school certificate, preferably a diploma or bachelor’s degree in tourism or hotel
Previous experience in the field of reception or customer service (preferably in the hotel sector)
Excellent communication skills in Arabic, preferably proficient in English or other languages
The ability to use reservation systems and related computer programs
Flexibility in working times (morning bouts - evening - holidays)
