- Supervising employees in following up all the standards of operations and ensuring that the final products match the specifications
- Review and update specifications and lists of verification of operations control, preparing periodic reports and submitting them to the quality manager
- Application and creation of quality systems such as ISO 22000, ISO 9001, BRC, and make sure to adhere to HACCP plans, recall program, tracking, coding and tag, 5s, GMP, and hygiene requirements
- Cooperation with other departments to address quality -related issues, and coordinate efforts for continuous improvement
- Analysis of customer and consumers complaints and non -conformity cases, conducting investigations to determine the root causes and follow -up of corrective and preventive procedures (CAPA)
- Planning for the work schedules of quality monitoring and distribution of responsibilities, and preparing the necessary resources purchase requests
- Supporting internal and external audits and ensuring their completion in a manner that maintains the quality of the products and meets the requirements of the systems
- Contributing to the development of operations, specifications and critical control points to ensure the continuity of the quality of the final products
- Ensuring commitment to regular and legislative requirements such as SFDA, SASO, and the municipality, and apply the approved standards
- Cooperation with marketing and research teams regarding adopting designs and packing materials, and participating in training the team on food safety systems
Requirements:
Bachelor of Food, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering from accredited university
At least 6 years of experience in a similar field and food industry
Haccp training courses, ISO 22000, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, BRC, TQM
