- Receive the materials, make sure they conform to the purchase orders and bills, register them in the system and update the assets
- Periodic and sudden inventory of stocks and matching results with records and actual reality
- Monitor inventory levels in all warehouses and secure the needs of departments in accordance with actual consumption
- Follow up the dates of the validity and the state of the materials and store them according to the approved conditions and address problems such as damage or accumulation
- Preparing and issuing periodic reports on the state of inventory and submitting it to the executive administration
- Analyzing data related to stagnant or stacked varieties and submit recommendations on them
- Using digital systems for stock management and data analysis periodically
- Supervising the work of warehouse trustees and their assistants and following up their commitment to procedures
- Cooperation with purchasing and production teams to ensure the availability of materials in a timely manner
- Contributing to improving storage procedures and demand management plans to achieve efficiency
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor in Business Administration, Accounting, or Related Field
Experience from 2 - 5 years in the field of warehouses or inventory management
Knowledge of stock management systems (ERP or similar systems)
