Searching for customer opportunities in the targeted sectors (contracting, operation, major projects such as NEOM and Al -Qadiya)
Building a database for companies and human resources directors
Management with customers:
- Continuous communication with existing customers to maintain and expand contracts
- Solve problems and ensure the customer's satisfaction with the services provided
Preparing offers and contracts:
Preparing price offers and technical profits

Achieving sales goals:
- Setting an annual/quarterly sales and revenue plan
Follow -up to performance indicators (KPI), such as the number of new contracts and revenue volume
Internal coordination:
Work with Operations management to provide the required cadres according to specifications
Coordination with internal human resources to ensure compliance with the work system and domains (Saudization)
Market follow -up:
- Study competitors and their prices
Follow -up changes in the work system, ranges, and recruitment regulations
Requirements:
At least 4 years experience in the same field
Experience in construction companies, human resources companies, or employment companies
High skills in communication and attracting new customers
