Tasks and responsibilities:
• Receiving visitors and customers in a tactful and professional way
• Responding to phone calls and directing them to the relevant departments
• Standing dates and organizing reservations if necessary
• Dealing with inserted and exporting mail (paper or electronic)
• Coordination with the different departments to meet the needs of visitors or customers
• Maintaining the arrangement and cleanliness of the reception area
• Providing initial information about the company and its services
• Implementing light administrative tasks such as printing, photography, and correspondence coordination
