• Supervising the daily operations and maintenance of all building systems
• Preparing and implementing preventive and periodic maintenance plans to ensure the continuity of the efficiency of the facilities
• Managing the operating and maintenance budget and raising recommendations to improve energy efficiency and reduce costs
• Monitoring the control and control systems (BMS) and ensuring that they work efficiently
Requirements:
Practical experience of at least 3 years inside Saudi Arabia
Bachelor of Electrical Engineering
Good knowledge of CAFM and Building Management Systems (BMS)
