Job description:
- Receiving customer calls and inquiries and responding to them professionally
Providing accurate and comprehensive information about products or services
Effectively and solving customer complaints and solving
Documenting and updating customer data and interactions in the system
Coordination with other sections (such as sales or technical support) to solve customer problems
- Follow up open cases and ensure that they are closed ill with the customer
Requirements:
  • A minimum high school diploma (prefers diploma or bachelor's holders)
  • Previous experience in the field of customer service
  • The ability to deal with computer systems and customer service programs (such as CRM)
  • Patience, tact, and the ability to work under pressure
