Follow up the renewal of residencies, work licenses, and medical insurance
Manage employee files and document memorization (contract, leave, performance reports)
Follow -up to the attendance and departure of employees in coordination with fingerprint systems
- Lifting periodic reports on absence and delay
Requirements:
Diploma qualification
Experience from 1 to 3 years
Good knowledge of the Saudi work system and human resources regulations
Excellent communication skills written and oral
Mastering the use of computer programs (Excel - HR Systems)
The ability to solve problems and deal with employees professionally
The accuracy in work and confidentiality in dealing with data
Dealing with government human resources systems (power, resident, insurance, extended)
