The goal of the job:
- Coordination and implementation of car transport operations between the company’s warehouses within King Abdullah Economic City, and to ensure the implementation of operations efficiently and in accordance with the specified time plans
Tasks and responsibilities:
Coordination of car transport operations from one warehouse to another inside the city, as directed by the administration
Ensure the availability of appropriate transportation (transport drivers, trucks, trailers) on time
- Preparing daily transport schedules and following up their implementation accurately
- Communicate with warehouse teams to ensure readiness when receiving and delivering
- Follow up the state of transported cars and ensure their safety upon delivery and receipt
Documenting all approved system transportation operations or paper records
- Coordination with the security or administrative authorities inside the city when needed for a special or exceptional transfer
- Lifting the periodic reports of the direct supervisor on the progress of transportation and operational notes
Commitment to safety and security policies during transportation operations
