Job description:
• Create customer requests according to the requirements
• Establishing bills for cash and postal clients
• Preparing packing lists for export requests
• Preserving all files in an organized manner, including the branches of Riyadh, Jeddah and Yanbu
• Print all types of stickers as needed
• Save files properly after receiving the signed copies of the customers concerned
• Providing all documents with copies signed by customers when requesting the Department of Accounts, Sales and Auditing
• Doing any other jobs related to the job
Requirements:
  • The English language mastery spoke and writing
  • Master of using the computer and preparing tables and Office programs
  • Effective communication skill
  • Problem solving skills and analytical thinking
