Job tasks:
- Implementing procedures, systems and forms for monitoring the perpetuation of branch employees and their leaves of all kinds and modifying models when needed in addition to implementing the attendance monitoring system and ensuring their commitment to official working hours
- Implementing the annual, satisfactory, and emergency vacations policies and procedures specified in the holidays policy and approved leave, applying promotions and loan procedures, the expiry of the service, and the registration of all employees ’papers in accordance with the approved regulations and procedures
- Dealing with complaints, observations, requests and inquiries of employees in a professional way and raising problems if they exist to the director of the administration effectively
- Updating information related to employees and providing them with the employee services team by registering and documenting all information related to the employees of the region, such as promotions, training courses, matters related to salaries and privileges
- Preparing documents and specialized reports related to human resources operations, providing appropriate recommendations, appropriate solutions, presentation, clarification and preservation in their database in accordance with the approved policies and procedures
Dealing with the relevant national and private bodies
Dealing with employee salaries and dues
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Human Resources - Public Administration)
Practical experience of not less than two years in the same field
