- Position: Interior Architect
- Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop interior design concepts and detailed drawings for finishing and fit-out works
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless execution
- Create innovative and functional designs aligned with project requirements (luxury hospitality standards)
- Ensure compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and client specifications
- Utilize design software (AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, SketchUp, etc.) for project planning and presentations
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Interior Architecture or related field
2+ years of experience in finishing and fit-out projects (preferably hotels, offices, or luxury developments)
