Basic functional tasks:
Management and organization of the daily agenda of the CEO, including identifying appointments and meetings
- Preparing reports, documents and presentations according to the requirements of the administration
- Dealing with issued and reported correspondence, organizing and preserving them
Coordination of internal and external meetings, including preparing related materials and documenting meeting minutes
- Telecommunications and email management to ensure immediate and vocational response
- Maintaining the company's information confidentiality and management
- Cooperation with other work teams to facilitate the implementation of joint projects and tasks
- Follow -up of routine administrative tasks such as office applications, file management, and document regulation
Monitor the commitment to the final dates and the keenness to achieve the highest level of efficiency
Requirements:
High diploma, Bachelor's degree, or graduate of the Institute of Administration
Practical experience from 1 to 3 years in the field or a similar field
