The primary goal of the job:
- Ensuring the functioning of the daily operations and applications for human resources management efficiently and accurately, adherence to internal regulations and policies, and contribute to improving the employee experience through organized and effective operations
Main responsibilities and duties:
- Managing and implementing the daily operational operations for employee affairs (such as: appointment, deportation, job changes, and end of service)
Maintaining the accuracy and safety of employee data in HR/HRIS (HCM/HRIS)
Follow up and implement employment procedures and receive new employees (onboarding)
Preparing documents and work certificates and salaries
- Supervising the application of human resources policies and procedures and answering employee inquiries regarding them
- Contributing to the preparation of reporting reports and statistics for human resources management
Ensure that all operations are complied with local regulations and labor laws
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration specializes in human resources or a related field
Master work on the Excel program
Practical experience from 2 to 4 years in the field of employee operations or affairs
Good knowledge of local labor laws and recruitment systems
Accuracy and attention to details and the ability to deal with secret information
Excellent organizational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
