Register all daily financial transactions in the accounting system (daily restrictions)
Preparing bills for customers and following up collection and payments
- Settlement of bank accounts periodically
Follow up the accounts due and payments for suppliers and contractors
Preparing periodic financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual)
- Contributing to the preparation of the public budget, profit and loss
- Reviewing real estate contracts and ensuring that they conform to accounting systems
- Dealing with external parties such as accounting offices, auditors, and government departments (Zakat, tax, etc.)
- Preserving and archiving financial records and accounting documents in accordance with the approved policies
- Analyzing costs related to real estate projects and raising the necessary recommendations
Ensure that commitment to tax laws and accounting standards in force in the state
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
At least 2-4 years experience in the field of accounting, preferably in the real estate sector
