- Providing services on behalf of the customer with government agencies such as the Saudi Business Center, Baladi platform, power platform and others
- Dealing with requests and complaints and solving problems as soon as possible with follow -up until the completion of the solution
Providing customers with accurate information about the services provided by the company
- Following customer requests and updating their data in the system to ensure the accuracy of the information and the ease of referring to it
- Maintaining the confidentiality of customer data and mutual information, and ensuring that it is not shared except with the concerned authority
- Transferring technical or complex cases to the competent departments and following them until the solution
Dealing with government platforms professionally and providing accurate information
- Receiving customer messages and calls and responding to their inquiries professionally and in a tactful and professional style
- Contributing to improving customer experience by proposing development solutions to the speed of response and raising the quality of the service
