Job description and responsibilities:
Operating management:
Supervising the daily hall operations and ensuring the smoothness of work according to quality and safety standards
-Equipment maintenance and cleaning of facilities regularly to maintain a safe and attractive environment for members
Developing and implementing physical fitness programs and activities to enhance members experience and increase revenues
Personnel Management:
Leadership of the team including coaches, reception staff, and cleaning team
- Employment, training and evaluation of employees' performance to ensure a distinguished service provision
Create work schedules and resolving conflicts to ensure the efficiency of operations
Financial management:
Developing budgets and monitoring costs to achieve financial goals
- Increasing revenues through pricing strategies, attracting new members, and keeping the current organs
- Preparing financial reports and analyzing the main performance indicators (KPIS) such as organ retaining rates
Marketing and sales:
Developing marketing plans to enhance membership and increase the brand awareness
Manage membership campaigns and promotional offers to attract new members
- Building strong relationships with members through effective communication and interactive activities
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sports Management, or any related field
Professional certificates in fitness management or health and safety - an additional advantage
Experience of no less than [3-5] years in the management of gyms or entertainment facilities
Experience in managing teams and financial operations
A deep understanding of health and safety standards in sports facilities
Excellent communication skills and exceptional customer service
Leadership skills and ability to motivate teams
