- Required with an experienced and wide knowledge of the conditions and procedures for government agencies to work in Jeddah
Main tasks:
• Follow -up and end of government transactions (municipalities, passports, Ministry of Labor, Social Insurance, etc.)
• Delivery and receipt of documents to and from government agencies
• Coordination with the various internal departments to ensure the speed of completion
• Carrying out field visits to branches or government agencies according to work requirements
Requirements:
Secondary qualification
Practical experience in ending government transactions is not less than two years
Good knowledge of government systems and administrative procedures
High organization skills and ability to effectively communicate
