Job description:
- Follow -up of banking operations and the management of credit and financing facilities, and ensuring the accuracy of registration of financial movements related to banks in a way that supports the financial position of the company and achieves compliance with accounting policies and procedures
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Follow all daily banking operations (deposits, withdrawals, remittances)
Registration of bank settlement restrictions and the preparation of monthly banking matches
Follow up and use credit facilities (warranty speeches, documentary credits, loans, ongoing facilities)
Preparing banking facilities, scheduling entitlements and benefits
- Communicate with banks to renew or amend the facilities and ensure the best conditions
- Preparing periodic reports on bank balances and existing and due facilities
- Ensure adherence to accounting policies and international standards (IFRS)
- Support the financial team in preparing financial statements and reports for the higher management
Keeping documents and banking contracts in an organized and secret way
