- A tender and accreditation specialist is required with practical experience in preparing and providing bids for government tenders in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Work type: full time / contract
Main tasks:
Prepare and collect all tender documents in accordance with the conditions of the tender brochure (RFP)
Ensure that the requirements of SDAIA, Momah, and other government agencies
- Raise and submit bids accurately and on time via an accreditation platform
- Coordination with the internal departments to collect and organize the required documents
- Follow up the dates for delivery of bids and ensure adherence to the final dates
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree qualified
Experience installed in giving bids via an accreditation platform
Good knowledge of government tenders procedures in the Kingdom
High accuracy and strong organizational skills
The ability to work under the pressure of the appointments
