Tasks and responsibilities:
- Receiving customers personally, by phone or digital channels, and providing the necessary information about leasing and offers services
- Providing car rental contracts and ensuring that they conform to the approved policies and procedures
- Dealing with customer inquiries and complaints professionally and solving them as soon as possible
- Follow up the reservations and ensure the availability of the required vehicles according to the customer specifications
- Coordination with maintenance and operation departments to equip and deliver vehicles on time
Providing promotions and additional services to customers to increase sales
- Entering and updating customer data accurately into the company's systems
Commitment to quality standards, customer service and company policies
- Preparing periodic reports on customer observations, their satisfaction and submission to the administration
Requirements:
Saudi nationality
A high school diploma or diploma as a minimum, preferably a bachelor's degree
Previous experience in customer or sales service, preferably in the car rental sector or hospitality
Excellent communication skills in Arabic, preferably proficient in the English language
