Preparing quantities schedules according to plans and technical specifications
Preparing estimated costs and initial budgets for projects
- Review and analysis of bids and tenders and comparison between price offers
- Preparing and formulating contracts and following up the contractual conditions in cooperation with the legal administration
Issuing and following up the monthly extracts for contractors and suppliers
- Check the quantities of executing work and conform to contracts
- Reviewing actual costs and providing budget deviation reports
Providing the financial and engineering advice to the administration regarding cost control
- Contributing to the preparation of financial claims and contract settlements
- Continuous coordination with engineers and site to ensure accuracy of quantities
Requirements:
Practical experience of at least 3 years in the field of contracting and is in projects for the water company
