Reading and understanding engineering drawings and technical plans of templates
Cut and form metal using the tools and equipment of blacks
Welding and assembling the parts of the molds accurately to ensure the specifications match
Calculate and set the templates to suit the required glass measurements and models
- Repairing and modifying templates when crashes or changes in design occur
- Applying quality standards to ensure the accuracy of the templates and free of defects
Commitment to safety procedures while dealing with heavy equipment and high heat
Coordination with the production department to deliver templates in time
