• Follow -up to the accounts of the late customer and send periodic alerts (visits, emails, calls)
• Sending payment notifications, and coordination with the administration in cases of disability or repeated refusal to pay and settle accounts in accordance with the approved collection policies
• Financial follow -up, documentation and negotiation with customers regarding payment plans if necessary
• Preparing weekly/monthly reports on the sums collected, stalled accounts, analysis of delay causes
• Register and document all contact attempts and follow -up results in the system
• Return the receipts with financial records to ensure the accuracy of the data
• Cooperation with the accounts section to match the balances and ensure the accuracy of the bills
• Solving customer complaints related to billing or payment (such as errors in bills, payment requests for payment)
• Guiding customers on available payment methods (bank transfer, cash boost, etc.)
• Ensure that collection policies are applied according to the company's regulations and local laws
• Maintaining the confidentiality of the financial statements of customers and the company and collecting dues on time
• Cooperation with the sales department to update the status of customers and ensuring its accuracy
• Follow up the stalled cases and submit them to the administration to take legal measures if necessary
• Preparing periodic reports on collection and payment rates
• Maintaining the confidentiality of the financial information of customers
• Doing any other jobs related to the job
Requirements:
Diploma degree or equivalent in accounting
Talk of graduation or experience from one to two years
